I guess I already answered the question how long we've been together, but not how we met yet! :) Two years ago, my parents were going to the Tran Siberian Orchestra concert. If you do not already know, my boyfriend works with my Dad. It's a really funny story, but he had no one to go with him to the concert and dinner, so I told my Dad I would go...I was pretty much joking, but my Dad asked him anyway...It took awhile for S to decide, *ahem*, but he finally decided to let me go ;) ha! I still tease him till this day about taking so long to decide. I was kind of seeing another guy from another area, but the long distance thing was NOT working out, so I decided to go to dinner and have fun at the concert. We met at Flight restaurant, which is now our favorite place to eat :) We had a wonderful dinner with my parents, and then headed to the forum to see TSO. It is kind of a joke, but S has seen TSO in concert like 8 times...no joke....Anyway, we were having the best time! Of course many bottles of vino were included, but he was so easy to talk to! We ended up not even watching the concert! We talked the entire time...I knew that night that I was interested ;) Several weeks after, we met for drinks, dinner, movie dates, etc. We hit it off really well...Several months later, we were exclusive :) He's been such a wonderful person in my life. I cannot honestly believe next week will be two years that we have been together...Everyday gets better and better with him! :) No, we are not engaged or married, but it is in the works for us someday. We know we want to be together, but the timing is just not good right now...I want to finish school, start grad school, etc. When the time is right, I'm sure we'll jump on the opportunity :) I love Sam more than anything in this world :)
