Food for Thought...

Skinny Taste's pork chop recipe turned out wonderfully! I loved them! I also mixed up some vegetables to have on the side. I cut up some squash, zucchini, red onion, and asparagus. I added: Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Paprika, Salt, Pepper, Garlic powder, and a little olive oil. I set the oven at 400 degrees and let them cook for 15 minutes. They were extreeeeeeeemely tasty. I will start fixing my summer vegetables like this from now on.

I have been on an avocado kick lately. I LOVE a raw avocado with a hard boiled egg. I boiled some eggs the other night, so I cut up an avocado this morning and had it with two hard boiled eggs and some fruit. The best breakfast ever! I added a little salt and pepper! Yum! "Get in my bellah."

That's all I have for you today. :)
Happy Thursday!
