I love For the Love of Cooking's blog. Her recipes are so easy to follow and they are so healthy! I made this recipe a few nights ago and my family loved it! I have prepared it several times and it is ALWAYS a hit! I served it with a vegetable, rice, and macaroni and cheese. It would really go with just about anything because it is so light.
