Crispy Cheddar Chicken

I have been in the kitchen cooking up a storm lately. Last night, I got home late because I went for a run with a friend, so I had to whip up something quick and fast. I montiored and adjusted the recipe to make it more healthy, so if you want to stick to the regular recipe, go for it! I'm sure it's extra tasty! I used egg whites instead of eggs, 1% skim milk cheese, instead of regular sharp cheddar, and greek yogurt for the base of the sauce instead of sour cream. I also just whipped up a side of rice and frozen fresh peas! The boy loved it! :) Here is the recipe:
