I had a wonderful weekend this past weekend. I kept my favorite little boys! Their parents went to NYC for a long weekend, so I got to hang out with the cutest boys in town! :)
Thursday evening I got in a 5.63 mile run! It was wonderful outside!

I woke up really early Saturday morning before
the boys did, so I found myself with a cup of coffee
sitting on the patio. It was raining and about 60 degrees
outside, so I was perfectly content with a book and
a blanket... It's the little things, I swear. :)

Besides weekend news, I am happy to announce that I bought
a new pair of running shoes and they aren't Mizuno!
Can you believe it? This is my first pair of Brooks.
These are the new 2014 release.... I don't even think they are out
yet, but my awesome local running store went ahead and sold
them to me because I didn't care for the colors of the 2013 shoe.
This is the Brooks Aderenaline shoe.
I went for a run last night in them and LOVE them!!! :)

Look at you front porch sitting in Memphis! I wish Memphis had more front porches, especially the burbs. I feel like I never see them anywhere.
