Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Many of you have asked me to share my eating plan with you.. First of all, I am not a nutritionist and don't know everything. This is simply what is working for me right now and has in the past. I still have a ways to go because I am not content with my body yet, but I'm confident in the diet plan I am following..If you only get one message out of this post, it's this: Your diet is everything.. Learn to make smart choices NOW and you will see results LATER. I tell myself that all the time!! Another thing I want you to know is I still have my occasional pizza, pasta, etc.. You have to tell yourself that this is reality.. If you say you're never going to eat those things again, well... You are just setting yourself up for failure in the future.. Don't set goals that you know are almost impossible to reach... I also want you to know that I have lost 30 pounds from eating healthy and exercising, that's it. I have used no kinds of diet pills in anyway... I don't like the idea of diet pills.. Never have, never will.. I'm not saying that they aren't for you or that you shouldn't use them, but for me, I chose not to take that route.  You CAN lose weight simply by eating well and moving your body. It's all about how bad you want it.. Here is a morning diet plan and somewhat a daily routine I follow throughout my week... I often change it up, so I won't get sick of my food, but for the most part, I keep it simple... ( Here I go again with the world simple.... Ha )

Morning:
Depending on my workout, I will often have my protein shake in the morning after I finish Body Sculpt class or whatever I may be doing. If I don't have that, I often will scramble eggs. I eat A LOT OF EGGS. I prefer egg whites, but regular eggs will not hurt you. I also like to have meat in the morning because I'm following a more protein base diet.. Turkey sausage patties or links are great! I will sometimes throw an avocado in there to mix it up. Another great breakfast idea is egg white muffins! These are great for you mothers out there that do not have a lot of time in the morning! I usually will make them on Sunday night and eat on them through the week. I mix two eggs with 1/4 cup of egg whites and WHATEVER else I feel like putting in them: spinach, sausage, onions, cheese, tomatoes, etc. I pour each one into a muffin pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. That's it! Super easy and yummy! If you prefer bread or carbs in the morning, Natures Own makes a great sugar free bread that is delicious. Top it with a little peanut butter and you're good to go! I will sometimes get in the mood for yogurt, so I buy the plain Greek sugar free yogurt and add cinnamon and a little honey.. It's super delicious for breakfast or a snack!!! The number one thing I can tell you is EAT BREAKFAST!!!! :) I hope this helped a little to give you some insight on what to eat for breakfast. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions! I will be glad to help!

I love these ideas! I eat a 100 calorie English Muffin with 2 slices of low fat turkey bacon, lowfat cream cheese, and 2 slices of tomato. I eat this almost every morning!! I also love Morningstar Veggie sausage patties. Sometimes I use those instead of the bacon. :-)
