I let them soak up juices while I was at work. When I came home,
I placed them on a baking sheet.
I then topped them with a little spaghetti sauce.
I pulled them out to top with a little mozzarella
and stuck them back in the oven long enough
to melt the cheese and warm the sauce.
I then served with a side of asparagus and roasted
