Weekly Workouts

I plan to get in some great workouts this week! I am looking forward to all my new "workout" purchases, too. I finally broke down and ordered the new Mizuno Wave Rider 16's...I also ordered several pairs of LuLu Lemon cropped running capris and a new gym bag! :) Happy Fitness!
  
Monday:
Cardio/Strength Training

Tuesday:
Rest Day.
I planned on a run, but it
rained really hard here all day :(


Wednesday:
Cardio/Strength Training
Calories Burned: 869

Body Sculpting Class
Calories Burned: 801

Calories Burned for the day: 1,670

I was wore out after two workout classes
back to back! Whew!!

Thursday:
Rest Day
I got a spray tan after
school, so no need in sweating it
off... ;)


Friday:
Cardio/Strength Training

Saturday:

Sunday:
Run- 5k

I ordered them in this green and black,
all black, and black and purple... Can you tell
I will only wear black on the bottom? ;)
 
 

I also need a new yoga mat for when I'm doing abs at the gym, or

Girl, you are doing soooooooo sooooooo SOOOOO good. Currently my workout routine is putting on gym clothes and then going to grab frozen yogurt.. hehe

K question-- how long are your workouts? I know it's the intensity that matters, but I'm still curious just on average how long you're exercising each day. And I love the gym bag you ordered!
